The Myth of the All-in-One Energy Management Tool

Here is the contrarian truth from a decade of EPC work: no single tool does energy management end to end. Vendors imply otherwise, and buyers learn the hard way.

Modeling and dispatch are different jobs. A pre-sale simulation estimates what a battery would do. An energy management system controls what a battery does do, second by second, against live prices and loads.
